WOW! I have yet to come across another system that will let you take your business to the levels that is possible with the financethishome.com system. I’ve come into contact with more buyers and sellers in 30 days than I have in the past 3 months….The 3 day training was excellent. It helped me to understand the purpose of the FTH system while pointing out the 20 ways (and growing) of approaching and attracting FSBOs. Not only do I now have half a dozen ways of approaching FSBOs but I also have the confidence in the system that I am presenting to them. I have no doubt that I will be integrating more and more of the FTH system in my business. I can’t wait to take this system to investors and builders, I’m already considering bringing on another FSBO Director to develop my current territory, and I’m counting the days to when I’ll be ready to take on the territory just south of me. Ultimately I want to manage and develop 3-4 FTH territories and have 4-5 branches throughout them. I finally have a clear definite goal to work towards for my business and with the FTH system I now have the way to achieve them.

…”thanks" for creating FTH. I know that that might sound weird to say when I'm investing over $30k/yr with FTH but...Today I had a meeting with a realtor/broker who has been in the business for 32 years. As I was sitting in his conference room with him for nearly 2 hours I watched through the conference room window as no less than 3 loan hacks wandered in, shot the **** and walked out. No game whatsoever. That's when it hit me again - if I didn't have FTH this broker wouldn't give me 5 minutes - he'd lump me in with the other 37,000 losers that "show up and throw up". I'm meeting with top agents for anywhere from 1.5-3.5 hours. I'm so secure and powerful in my value proposition that I'm bordering on cocky. In the first 60 days of my involvement in the FinanceThisHome Alliance I had 26 new loans in my pipeline. My new Client Contact Specialist who returns the 800# Call Capture calls from my FTH signs took 12 new applications just last week. In addition to more closed loans we are seeing a significant shift in our professional relationships. Realtors have been the most excited to join the alliance. So far we have 2 title companies, 2 appraisers and 1 home inspector. We are expecting to generate 50 loans per month, 30 buyers and 20 sellers out of 50 signs a month. I received a phone call from a prospective buyer regarding a payment that was on an FTH sign that was a whole lot cheaper than what he currently paid for his mortgage on the same price home. I took the application and stole it from my competition. This FSBO program is getting to be more business than we can handle. Three applications again today. I believe this program is a cash cow.

We had two calls (from the call capture) within the first hour, with one of them wanting a sign for their home. We're putting that sign up next week. I would estimate those combined will result in over $200,000 in income and these are the initial phases of the developments. Its not about the sign!
